The Muppets is a forthcoming 2011 U . s . comedy motion picture starring Jason Segel(Gary), Amy Adams(Mary), Chris Cooper(Tex Richman), Rashida Jones(Veronica) and muppet performers of Bill Barretta(Rowlf the Dog, Dr. Teeth, Bobo the Bear, Pepe the King Prawn, Swedish Chef), Dave Goelz (Gonzo, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Zoot, Waldorf), John Henson(Sweetums), Eric Jacobson(Miss Piggy, Animal, Fozzie Bear, Sam the Eagle), Peter Linz(Walter), David Rudman(Janice, Scooter and Miss Poogy), Matt Vogel(Floyd Pepper, Crazy Harry, Camilla, Sweetums, ’80s Robot), and Steve Whitmire(Kermit the Frog, Beaker, Statler). The motion picture is created by Jason Segel as well as Nicholas Stoller and under the direction by James Bobin. This is primarily based on The Muppets by Jim Henson and produced by David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Movie editing is by James M. Thomas and film making is by Don Burgess. This movie is distributed by Walt Disney Pictures under The Muppets Studio and Manndeville Films studio which is due to be release in United States theaters on November 23, 2011 and February 17, 2012 in United Kingdom.
